His work moves fluidly between brand systems, immersive narratives, and frontier technologies, blending design thinking, cinematic storytelling, advanced UX, and AI-infused experiences to distill value, drive adoption, and build lasting trust.

Rich Pasqua is a creative leader and multidisciplinary designer known for translating complex brand and business challenges into simple, elegant, human-centered experiences.
Across a 20+ year career, he has led major creative initiatives for American Express, HP, Coach/Tapestry, Juilliard, SAP, Newsweek, Nickelodeon, and the U.S. Mint, and helped shape early digital strategy for global agencies, tech pioneers, and cultural institutions. Trained as a graphic designer and visual artist, Rich brings a multidimensional lens to his work, combining his passions as a writer, composer, and photographer with a systems-driven approach to building products, platforms, and experiences.
