The Challenge

The hiring process is broken. Candidates rely on outdated platforms that offer little trust or control over their data, and employers are left with incomplete, unverifiable information. Platforms like LinkedIn and Greenhouse lack the ability to confirm whether a resume is real or a job title is legitimate. OHP aimed to solve this by creating a secure, decentralized system where credentials are verified, stored, and easily share, but building trust around an emerging technology like blockchain required a thoughtful and human-centered approach.

Brand Strategy

From the outset, we positioned blockchain not as a buzzword, but as a meaningful solution to a real-world problem: trust. Our strategy focused on making the value of verification feel simple and immediate. Verified credentials become the proof that gets candidates in the door faster and saves employers time, money, and risk. This positioning guided how we structured messaging, how we framed product benefits, and how we connected with both sides of the hiring equation.

Creative Direction

The creative concept was built around the idea of shared discovery, celebrating the unique bond between people and their pets as a gateway to meaningful science. We combined a warm, optimistic tone with a visual language that felt both credible and inviting. Organic shapes, friendly typography, and real participant stories grounded the experience in humanity, while subtle data-driven cues reminded users of the science they were part of. The result was a brand that felt open, trustworthy, and genuinely collaborative.

We designed and developed both web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and speed. The experience balances sophisticated blockchain integration with a clean, consumer-grade interface. Users don’t need to understand how the tech works, only that it works. One Hundred Percent (OHP) is a Web3 platform that brings trust, transparency, and efficiency to hiring. Built on blockchain technology, OHP enables job seekers to store and share pre-verified professional credentials, giving employers confidence in the accuracy of candidate data. User experience had to deliver on the promise of simplicity and security. Through an agile, iterative process, we mapped out journeys for job seekers, HR teams, and hiring platforms. From onboarding to verification to sharing credentials, each step was designed to be intuitive and frictionless. Interfaces emphasize clarity of action, guiding users through complex processes with minimal effort and maximum confidence.

Visual + Verbal Identity

The OHP brand needed to signal innovation without alienation. We developed a clean, future-forward identity system that reflects the clarity and integrity at the core of the platform. The voice is direct and confident, speaking in plain language about outcomes rather than technical jargon. Visually, the system combines precision and approachability, evoking trust, speed, and control through bold typography, modular layouts, and a refined use of motion.

Product Design

The OHP product bridges consumer expectations with enterprise needs. It allows individuals to control their employment history and employers to validate it instantly. Features include digital credential storage, one-click verification, integration with applicant tracking systems, and privacy tools that give users full visibility and control. We worked across brand and product in parallel, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout the build.

Web3 Strategy

We helped OHP frame its use of blockchain as a practical advantage rather than a technical novelty. The Web3 layer supports decentralized verification without burdening the user. Our strategy centered on removing abstraction, making the benefits of blockchain clear, while making the technology itself nearly invisible. The result is a brand and product that feels like the future but functions like a tool built for today.

The Results

OHP is currently in private beta, with early access offered to select employers and job seekers. The platform has already proven its ability to simplify credential verification and reduce friction in the hiring process. Early users are able to securely store and share verified employment data, while employers benefit from faster, more confident decision-making.

 

The design and development framework we established allowed for fast iteration, seamless alignment between brand and product, and a strong foundation for future growth. As OHP continues to expand and onboard new users, the platform is positioned to become a trusted tool at the intersection of employment and Web3 — making blockchain practical, invisible, and undeniably useful.
